Auto Prowl

I don't know if prowl is still an issue where it automatically turns on because of AI, however;
this will turn off any AI for a given player:
native PauseCompAI takes player p, boolean pause returns nothing

We already tell the AI to shut off, it doesn't seem to want to listen.
