I don't know what the scaling formula is for hunting or for raising animals but it would appear that by night 4 hunting massively out classes every other profession.

I think the boss animals like Timbers and Oberon don't Xp scale.

Thank you for this, I've neglected looking into experience rates. Brewing could definitely benefit from experience and hunting and fishing could use some variable adjustments. The problem with variable crop exp is that they all grow at roughly the same speed, otherwise the skill would just be pay large sums of money for exp and money, and culling already fits that category

It looks like for the most part everything is OK brewing certainly could use some experience for making the potions and maybe gold I'm not sure if they can be sold for money I didn't check but hunting though gets a little out-of-control and vastly outpaces in terms of experience and gold every other profession. I don't know what the variable rate is for hunting is born I think if that was reduced down to one half or two thirds it might bring hunting in line with the other professions

Brewing traditionally was incredibly profitable, though currently I believe only Jasmine Tea turns a profit (I may be wrong).

While I agree that nerfing the hunting experience rate would be one viable solution, I want to ideally create a balanced enough environment that promotes shorter rather than longer games so that users have more games to try new strategies rather than be forced to play out unending games. Obviously there are extreme cases of both short and long games, but on average I'd like to see games in the 30-45 minute range, so it may be more viable to bump everything's experience up rather than drop hunting.

I don't see any reason that culling unfill animals should quadruple in XP instantly. Probably best to just make the xp scale to the mana instead of having it be binary and have xp in general scale to game duration.

I agree with this.
