In general, I think the gargoyles need a rework. Thematically, they're nice, but mechanically they're annoying in that they can become invulnerable at will while still blocking pathing, and the player ownership swapping bugs mind control. This bug occurs because the net ability is based off of the "physical" spell, Ensnare, which is not affected by spell immunity. To fix this, we need to use a different base ability. Do we want to just make it a long duration damageless stun?

Maybe the hosted game name should be changed to reflect that, like prefix with OPEN BETA or something similar.

I like the wait to reel in option. If we want to make the wait time random, we should reduce the variance on fish size so that overall fishing remains about the same randomness per cast.

Fishing has to have a drawback, as it is an easy way to get exp/gold quickly. However, I agree that the drawback is very random, since some games no one ever finds you, while in other games you get insta-gibbed. The info about why games end early is rather useful for us. Until now we've only been able to work on what players report and speculation. We will have to start thinking about work-arounds for inexperienced players being wolf. There have been suggestions before and some of them might work. This is ...

Could we be able to fix it by making the winter transition not instant? If we spread the tileset changes over time, it might not be as laggy.

Yeah, and EDT is Eastern Daylight Time. EST + 1 = EDT. Might not matter since we all are on daylight savings afaik, but just as a note

It's EDT, since it's still daylight savings, right?
